- Collection
- Player counts target 5–6 minutes at current coverage; US prices 15 minutes, regional prices and publisher news hourly, and store details and reviews every 6 hours. Collection slows automatically when demand grows or Steam is unavailable. Timestamps show actual checks.
- Coverage
- The Steam catalog combines Valve’s Store feed with public Steam client records, including demos, tools, playtests and apps with restricted names. The wider initial scan reports its progress in the catalog. Detailed tracking covers the top 100, featured lists and member bookmarks. Save a catalog app to your account to start tracking it. Regional price coverage grows as the collector works through its queue.
- History
- Interactive charts show up to 90 days of our own observations, beginning when a game enters the index; older observations are archived. Each game has player and price charts, even if Steam has not reported a value yet. Chart peak is Steam’s reported rollup peak, not an all-time or 24-hour record.
